These Terms of Service govern the arrangement and provision of professional cleaning services provided by the sole proprietorship Kinesiopoint, based in Novi Sad. By booking an appointment, the user confirms that they are familiar with these rules and accept them in full.
Contracting parties and subject matter
The service provider is Kinesiopoint, Danila Kiša 12, Novi Sad, and the user is an individual or legal entity ordering cleaning maintenance services. These terms apply exclusively to the provision of cleaning maintenance services for residential and commercial spaces and do not cover the sale or delivery of physical goods.
Bookings and quotes
Appointments are scheduled by phone, email, or via the contact form on the website. The price estimate provided based on the client's description is for informational purposes only, while the final price is determined before work begins after an in-person inspection of the premises.
Work execution and property access
At the scheduled time, the client is required to provide the workers with unhindered access to the premises, a functional electrical connection, and working running water. If access to the property is prevented through the client's fault for more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time, the team will leave the site.
Prices, payment, and invoicing
Payment is made immediately upon completion of the work in cash or by transfer to the company's bank account based on the issued invoice. We do not accept payment cards on site or payment links. A proper fiscal receipt or invoice is issued for every service.
Cancellation and rescheduling
The client has the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment free of charge provided they notify us at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations with shorter notice, we reserve the right to charge missed appointment costs on the next booking.
Liability, safety, and complaints
The service provider is liable for damage caused by the negligence of its workers on site, provided that the damage is reported before the team leaves the premises. The client is obliged to inspect the completed work immediately. Subsequent complaints regarding the cleanliness level are accepted no later than 24 hours from the completion of the work.
Jurisdiction and applicable law
All matters not explicitly governed by these terms are subject to the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia. In the event of any disputes that the parties cannot resolve amicably, the Basic Court in Novi Sad shall have jurisdiction.
