Our pricing is transparent and based on actual on-site working conditions. Each quote is built on the precise dimensions of the space and its condition prior to cleaning.
How prices are set
The final price is established following a telephone consultation or a free on-site assessment. The quote includes cleaners' labor, professional products, and machinery, with no subsequent surcharges.
Payment methods
You pay for the work upon completion in cash or by bank transfer based on the issued invoice. We do not process card payments on this website or store banking details.

Invoicing
We issue an invoice for every completed service. For business clients, invoices include the payment deadline specified in the service agreement, typically within 7 days of the issue date.
Deposits and materials
No deposit is charged for regular maintenance and standard cleaning. An advance deposit of 30 percent of the job value is required solely for multi-day work on large properties over 300 m².
Late payment
If the client cancels a scheduled appointment less than 12 hours before the agreed arrival time without a valid reason, we reserve the right to charge an organization fee of 1500 dinars on the next booking.
