Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation window

Notify us of a cancellation by phone or message at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, and the service will not be charged. For later cancellations, we reserve the right to charge for actual expenses on materials purchased for you, in accordance with the quote.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling incurs no fees. We will suggest a new available date within one business day.

Refund terms

We refund your payment in full if we cancel the visit, cannot perform the service, or if the completed work deviates from what was agreed and we fail to rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

• The paid deposit is refunded in full if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time.
• If work on-site is interrupted through the fault of our team, the client is refunded the full amount for the uncompleted portion of the job.
• If a complaint regarding service quality is not resolved on the second attempt, the client is refunded a proportional share of the price for the disputed area.

Submitting a refund request

1. Send a cancellation notice or complaint to our official phone number or email address.
2. Provide your bank account number if an advance payment or bank transfer was made previously.
3. Our administrative team processes the request and issues a refund confirmation.

Timeline

Funds are paid into your bank account within 3 business days from the approval date of the refund request.
